Aaron Rodgers remains unsigned deep into the NFL offseason and no movement is expected any time soon. On Thursday, ESPN NFL insider Peter Schrager joined the Pat McAfee Show and discussed Rodgers and where things stand with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Former NFL general manager Doug Whaley questions if Aaron Rodgers wants to sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers after they traded George Pickens away. Whaley, in fact, says the four-time MVP should avoid the Steelers entirely. He says what the Steelers have built now does not suit a 41-year-old quarterback that wants to win now.

The 41-year old is the best available quarterback and wants to play on a contender. The Pittsburgh Steelers are a perennial contender with a giant hole at quarterback. What could go wrong?
